Developing a Plan
From LearningHearts
He who fails to plan, plans to fail.
Detailed planning is the process of working out the most efficient and effective way of achieving the aim that you have defined. It is the process of determining who will do what, when, where, how and why, and at what cost. Remember at this stage there may be other organisations which can help you e.g. Rural Community Council, Prohelp. There are a number of different tools that can be used to assist with planning and associated time scales. Time lines, gantt charts and fishbone diagrams are examples of such.
