Quality Assurance

Jump to: navigation, search

Ensuring quality of delivery can be challenging. Particularly where activities take place remotely and the ability to monitor and review is limited. Where little or no support is provided in an area it can reach a point where any provision is seen as beneficial regardless of quality. However, this can have significant impacts on learner outcomes. In addition, failure to address properly quality issues can have an impact on operating organisations reputations. This can affect the likelihood of future learner engagement and of supporters’ willingness to fund.
