Welcome
1. To consider apologies and reasons for absence
2. Declarations of interest by the Councillors in any of the agenda items listed below. The Code of Conduct for Members requires that declarations include the nature of the interest and whether it is a personal or prejudicial interest. In the case of a personal interest, the member may speak and vote. If it is a prejudicial interest, the member should withdraw from the meeting whilst the matter is discussed and may not vote.
3. Minutes of the previous Meeting to be approved and signed as a true record.
4. Matters arising: Progress on items from previous meetings for information or reminders only. Items not on this agenda requiring decisions will be placed on the agenda for the next meeting. i. Letter of thanks received from Fakenham and Wells CAB for the donation. ii. To note that IR has fixed the lid on the dog bin on Kettlestone Road. iii. To note that Highways have cut back the verge encroachment on the pavement on Kettlestone Road leading up to the Primary School.

6. The meeting will be temporarily closed for Parishioners to express any concerns they may have and for District and County Councillors to report.
7. Highways
8. Planning to consider planning applications and any other planning matters:
i. FYI: Church Farm: permission granted for internal alterations including repositioning of walls, installation of central staircase and dormer window and re-instatement of windows: ref LA/10/0336
ii. To consider: Land at The Old Dairy, The Pastures: erection of 2 dwellings: PO/10/0565
iii. To consider a request from Little Snoring Pre-School regarding the renewal of the temporary planning permission for the building. Would it be possible for the Parish Council to act as the agent and thereby take advantage of the Parish Council’s discount on the cost of submitting a planning application? The Pre-School would complete the forms and cover the costs.
iv. To note that the District Council will be consulting on a new draft Housing Strategy at the end of July. There will be a short questionnaire asking for comments on the strategy and for identification of three important housing issues affecting the area and residents. Deadline for response will be 1 September 2010.

11. To consider the proposal from the Little Snoring Playing Field Association for the Parish Council to take over the management of the playing field. RV to report.
