As well as providing general support we have built up specialist expertise in a number of areas....
Access to Services
Whether you’re looking to bring people to the service or bring the services to people we have worked on a large number of projects around improving access to key services within communities.
Affordable Housing
We work with registered social landlords and district councils to help address local affordable housing needs.
Community Led Planning
We are the county experts on parish plans and other forms of community led planning. These offer an excellent way to identify the needs of the whole community, build understanding between different community groups and develop actions to benefit your community. Sometimes it is not about all the issues within a community, maybe just one so we can also advise on undertaking effective smaller scale consultations.
Here are some links to a sample of four Parish Plans. These documents are just to give you an idea of the range and variety of community led plans, and are being continuously updated by the individual parishes.
- Marham Parish Plan
- North Elmham Community Plan
- Weston Longville Parish Plan
- Kettlestone and Pensthorpe Parish Plan
