This guidance is design to assist anyone monitoring changes to this website.

Tasks

• Check recent changes using RSS feed of recent changes page
• Delete any inappropriate material
• If a page about an organisation has been created on an individual users page (the page will be prefixed user:username) move it to the main name space to aid people finding it. To do this click move at the top of the page and enter an appropriate name for the page (usually the organisations name) but with no prefix)
• If a new page is uncategorised please add appropriate categories - at a minimum all pages must be either categorised as community insight or community gathering. To add a page to a category at the bottom of the page write the following:

[[category:name of category]] e.g. [[catgeory:community insight]]

• Check the NRCC news and community news pages and delete any out of date materials
• Ensure that nobody has deleted guidence sections (e.g. the information on format of entries on the news and events page) if they have use the history options to copy and paste the original text back.
