HINGHAM
Hingham is a picturesque South Norfolk Town with an active Community about 12 miles from Norwich and boasts two central village greens as well as a mumber of interesting shops.
LINCOLN HALL
The Lincoln Hall is the central village Hall, which is named after Abraham Lincoln the great American President, whose ancestors left Hingham for a new life in America with the Pilgrim Fathers in . As a result the town has many 'Lincoln' connections and links with Hingham Massachusetts.
LOCATION
Lincoln Hall is the central village hall adjacent to the Fairlands Green on the Western side of the historic St Andrew's Church.
CURRENT USERS
The Hall is well used by the local community including the local Children's Playgroup,Women's Institute,Lunch Club for the Elderly,Dog club and Yoga classes to mention but a few. Although there are a good number of regular users there are opportunities for individual users at weekends and some evenings. Additionally there is booking space available during school holidays including Half-terms holidays.
