• 8 March 2010: Enter the 2010 North Norfolk Environment Awards

For the last 16 years North Norfolk District Council has recognised the environmental achievements of groups and individuals in the District through its annual Environment Awards. This year we hope to attract a high number of entries in each of the four categories (Community, Business, Green Buildings, Schools) with the winner in each category receiving a £250 1st prize. All other shortlisted entrants will receive an Old Norfolk variety apple tree.

The Norfolk RCC is seeking a Chair of Trustees.

• 1 February 2010: Village Photographer - Funding for your Community

• 15 December 2009: Village Hall Plans

Plans to improve both the indoor and outdoor facilities at Tasburgh Village Hall are underway and a public consultation is now available on the Village Hall website.

• 25 November 2009: Bringing Norfolk's farmers' markets to doorsteps

A new social enterprise is taking farmers’ markets online and delivering the best local produce direct to shoppers’ doors in Norfolk and Suffolk.

LawWorks for Community Groups provides quality legal advice to those in the voluntary sector – free of charge!
