Norfolk Community Development Workers Network

This page is designed to support the role of community development workers in Norfolk by providing a space where they can exchange information and ideas for the benefit of the communities with which they work.
Community development worker is a broad generic term to describe anyone who provides advice and support to individuals or groups within a community. That community can be defined by geographical area (North Norfolk, Dereham etc.) or by any other shared characteristic (youth, migrant workers etc.).
It is very easy to become daunted by the challenges we face. It is therefore important that we support each other and it is hoped that this page is one way of doing that. Please feel free to add information and comments.

Tania Fiddy is a Development Officer here at NRCC and chairs Norfolk Community Development Workers Network Meeting which is open to other Development Workers and other relevant agencies working with the community.
