Quorum

Quorum is the minimum number of voting members required by a committee to make a decision. It is usually written into your governing document and can be expressed as either an absolute number (3 trustees) or a proportion of the total (one third of all trustees). Before starting any meeting you should ensure that you are quorate otherwise any decisions made will not be valid.
