What We Offer
Art, crafts and complimentary therapies stills the mind and relaxes the body. At Rainbow Healing Arts we take it one step further, we utilise this creative time by encouraging positive thinking, promoting self analysis, promoting self confidence and independence. All this is needed to begin and maintain a more healthy, relaxed and productive life style.
The Staff
Diane Morter is a Reiki Master and Flower Essence Therapist with excellent skills in coaching for self development and has thirty years NHS experience working with the mentally ill. Susanne Wolton has organised community events for adults and children for fifteen years. As a community artist she utilises her skills to promote self development, environmental and wildlife education. She has recently completed a Hypnotherapy and NLP course.
Past
Rainbow Healing Art began in 2003 at a Bacton Chalet Park. This not for profit Social Enterprise ran workshops and therapies on site and out to village halls, schools and community events. When the chalet park began extensive redevelopment in 2006, Rainbow Healing Arts become mobile, working from village halls and facilitating commissioned work, including Family Art Days and The Big Draw from The Griffon Area Partnership in North Walsham
Future
Look here for confirmation of dates for the following projects next year: Family Art Days, Paint Your Feelings Therapy and Kids Activities in the school holidays. We are currently looking for suitable premises and acquiring funding to make events more accessible to all.
