My Role

I started work at the NRCC in May 2006. My role as Administration Officer involves providing complete administrative support to the RCC, working along side Pauline High and Wendy Brown. My Background

I studied Hotel and Catering Management at college in Kings Lynn and gained a merit pass. I started working in an admin role at a local supermarket and my career path changed from there. I worked there for 5 years working my way from a Saturday checkout girl to Staff Services Manager. Competition in Dereham was too much for the Co-op and sadly Rainbow Dereham closed leaving me unemployed. From there I went to a local Furniture Factory, for 8 years, which again sadly is no longer there. So unemployed again I took a job covering maternity leave at Stapletons Tyres but although it became permanent it wasn't a job I enjoyed so thats how I ended up here.

My Other Life

When I'm not working I'm busy raising 2 gorgeous children with my husband Iain. Max, my gorgeous boy, is 5 and Taylor, my beautiful girl, is now a very active 18 month old. Consequently I don't have much free time but when I'm not collapsed on the sofa catching up on some TV I like to make my own greeting cards.
